Quality Inn & Suites Kearneysville - Martinsburg

The microwave and refrigerator in the room added convenience, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed for a restful stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, though some items were basic.

The location was quiet and the free parking was on-site. The room we booked was well-equipped with the brand new bedrooms, the AC and iron.

The bedroom was neat and updated. The hotel provided us with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and coffee and tea making equipment.

The spacious double room was perfect for us, accommodating four young kids comfortably. We loved the outdoor pool, which the children had a blast in after a day of exploring nearby attractions like the Whitetail Resort ski area.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay

I enjoyed my stay, with a spacious room with a mini-refrigerator and tv. The atmosphere was pleasant, and having a Sheetz right across the street made grabbing snacks easy. The outdoor pool was a great touch for relaxation. Breakfast options could use some improvement.

The staff were all accommodating, exceptional.

The hotel was in a convenient and exceptionally nice location not far from many restaurants, basketball tournament and convenience store. It was 1 km from Tim Hortons, offering quick-service food. We thoroughly enjoyed toast, yoghourt, and eggs for breakfast😃

The lady at the desk who checked us in was very nice and very helpful

House keeping did not replace coffee or cups. The lady at the desk when we checked out on Sunday morning did not even enquire how our stay was. The room was not very clean. The air conditioner was off in common area. Cigarette burn/stains on bathroon counter top and bathtub.

I loved its welcoming and amazingly nice employees.

Would stay here again, the hotel was fairly clean, and location to all the tourist attractions we were visiting was good and absolutely perfect. Location: the property was really close to casino and convenience store, gas station and many restaurants and shops.

pleasant stay with minor hiccup

The room had a comfy bed , made for a restful night. The staff was attentive, ensuring a quick check-in even though I arrived late. I appreciated being able to bring my dog. The extra pet fee was reasonable. The outdoor pool was a lovely addition for some relaxation.

The breakfast options were quite limited.

The location was OK since we planned to visit Harper's Ferry and Shepherdstown. However, there were not many restaurants nearby.

Upon checking into our room, we had to call the front desk. The bed did not look like the sheets had been changed and the couch cushion had a big tear in it. We were moved to another room and given a small credit to our bill. Hallway carpets were stained and dirty.

The best thing was the comfortable king bed! It made for a restful night. The breakfast options were very limited, disappointing 🤔

Beds were great; sofa, coffee table, table and chairs made room more "homey." Breakfast was wonderful. Staff at front desk were extremely nice and accommodating. Stray kittens outside provided entertainment!

Wish the pool inspector would have come earlier, as we would have loved to swim, but when the front desk learned that the pool was one of the reasons we chose there, she was able to go on line and find us a slightly lower rate to charge us, so really not a lot to complain about!

Staff courteous, friendly, bed was comfortable. Continental Breakfast was nice.

Found empty opened drink can in the closet when we arrived. Upon checkout wasn't able to recieve a receipt because of computer issues..I was told one would be emailed to us, but I still haven't received one.
